Ingredients
- 1-kilo slab of pork belly with rind
- light soy sauce (to taste)
- 6 small or 1 large tokwa (firm tofu)
- 3/4 c. of vinegar (I used rice vinegar)
- Salt
- 3/4 c. (or more) of sugar
- 1 whole garlics
- 1-2 tbsps. of tapioca starch
- 2 whole onions
- 2-3 hot chili peppers (finger chilis)
- 8 peppercorns
- 3-4 c. of cooking oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsps. of tausi (salted black beans), drained and rinsed
